AnimaticForge

A multi-engine audio/video orchestration console for demanding creators.

Test, compare, and prepare AI-generated outputs before final post-production in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Overview

AnimaticForge is a local desktop application designed as a control console for AI-assisted audio/video workflows. You connect your own third-party engines, run multiple generations for the same shot, compare the outputs, manage multiple audio layers, and export a clean timeline to DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro for finishing.

It provides no models or APIs of its own. It follows a strict BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) approach: each user connects their own access to the services they want — and your data stays on your machine.

What V1.0.4 does

- Orchestrates multiple engines behind one clear, stable console — video, voice and music.

- Compares outputs for the same shot. Generate several variants per shot, play them side by side, and keep the best — video and audio independently (keep one variant's audio, regenerate only its video, etc.).

- Prompt console with lightweight assistance. Prompt writing stays under your control — keyword suggestions, never opaque automatic prompting.

- Sequential multi-track audio. A structured editor to place per-character voices + sound effects + ambience music, each time-stamped.

- Prepares outputs for post-production. Each Finalise builds a Conform Package — a self-contained folder with the chosen video variants, mixed audio tracks (kept and discarded), and FCPXML timelines ready for DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro. A clean

Montage folder keeps only the retained takes (tidy media pool on import).

- Direct bridge to DaVinci Resolve (Studio) — push the full timeline in one click — plus manual FCPXML import that works everywhere.

- Named projects (roadmaps) you save and reload.

Engines supported (V1.0.4) — all BYOK

- Video (cloud): Runway, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Google Veo 3.1 (native audio), MiniMax / Hailuo

- Voice: ElevenLabs · Music: Suno

- Local engines (experimental, GPU required): Wan, LTX-Video, HunyuanVideo, MusicGen, Stable Audio Open, Piper TTS (CPU-friendly), F5-TTS / OpenVoice — zero key, zero per-generation cost (supported but community-tested).

Cloud engines work today via your own keys. Local engines are an optional, experimental bonus for GPU-equipped machines — not required.

 Indicative GDPR profile

AnimaticForge shows an indicative data-transfer profile based on the engine combination in use, so you can quickly grasp the impact of your provider/region choices. It is a configuration aid, not a standalone legal guarantee — actual compliance depends on each provider's policies and the data you process.

Who it is for

Video creators, motion designers, small studios and advanced users who already test multiple AI tools and want one control surface — keeping their own engines, prompts and exports.

Why this product exists

The hard part isn't generation — it's workflow fragmentation: adapting prompts across engines, comparing clips, juggling audio layers, and then aligning everything in a post-pipeline. AnimaticForge is an orchestration console, not yet another generator:

You keep your models, keys, and creative choices while cutting the chaos caused by disconnected tools.

  Beta program

  - Free mode75 generations / month, no license required. A full product, nothing crippled — just download and use with your own keys.

  - Early Adopterunlimited generations until 15 September 2026, on simple request: email support@threshold-analytics.com. Limited seats, to keep support sustainable for a solo developer.

  - Continuous updates during the beta — fixes and features ship progressively.

After the beta: €20/month, or €10/month on an annual plan (€120/year). Early adopters keep a founder price as long as they actively renew (no automatic billing).

Freeze & V1.1 (15 September 2026). The free beta freezes on 2026-09-15; the mid-September V1.1 brings the paid plans and more. Your work always stays accessible — even after the freeze, you can browse, playback, and export to DaVinci/Premiere. Only

new generations pause.

Important. AnimaticForge includes no generation credits, APIs, or proprietary engines. Costs for Runway, Kling, Luma, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc. remain entirely the user's responsibility (strict BYOK).

About this project

A solo-developer initiative, built and maintained by one person (H. Mekaoui), part-time, in Belgium — no team, no investor, no agency. Expect honest communication and a real commitment to making the tool useful for creators rather than chasing growth metrics.
